There's certain parts of London, just like any place, that you should avoid - Rough estates, with high rates of crime, knife/gun crime, and you will get in trouble if you hang there...
Anywhere that's mainstream in Central London is cool for anybody, as it's so diverse - You got all types, and a lot of tourists. You also got commercial working estates in London where there's nothing but corporate head office blocks, and shiney suit men walking about...

London is big for clubbing and you can find almost any kind of night/event that you're looking for! British people are big drinkers too, so bars, clubs, and of course 'pubs' are everywhere, on almost every street. We have city centres that are for shopping during the day, and turn into mass drinking zones during the night....
I can't you see getting any hassle in London for being a black american - No more than any British black guy...You'll find that people will be drawn to your american accent though, and wanna ask mad loads of questions and shit!!!

I don't gamble but I don't think so no. The government wanted to overhaul the gambling laws a couple of years ago to make England the Casino capital of Europe but it fell through.

onced i had raised the capital to get it on and poppin because raising that type of money would took proper long
