Oats(made with milk not water) and raisens followed by yoghurt & a banana before training. Other days could be a bowl of cereal
Some days i have boiled eggs after training. Might start having raw eggs & milk

1 protien shake (~30g P, couple scoops of glutamine, half banana, scoop of PB, very little bit of chocolate syrup, dry oats, little honey) immediatly after I lift (every other day)

Yeah Fish definitely Fish is the shit, Boiled Broccoli and carrots, white rice no spices. Eggs in the morning, i dont eat cereal, not too much meat other then some chicken cut up if i add it too noodles/
