let me ask you something why do you bench? you just wanna look bulky? I haven't done it since 03 like 230-250 max.
If you want strength and not just the look there are better ways of doing this. being able to lift alot while laying down don't make you strong but it will make you big, i don't even fuck with that shit anymore. to each his own i guess.

The bench press is the best indication of someones upper body strength...thats also why the nfl combine tests stregnth with the bench press...I wanted to see how strong you fucks thought u were
also you guys are pretty wrong
The bench press wont make you get big or bulkier more than any other exercise...its about protein intake, rep amounts, calories....with everything its about the amount of weight and reps...You can do like dro does and do the lil weight with a lot of reps and never get bigger or stronger and just maintain if yall want
but the bench is good for building lean muscle in your arms and building up the chest...

max out at 205 right now. havent done that since highschool. tryna get up 2 plates with no spot by the end of the summer.
