Yeah man whenever ive had a migrane thats exactly what i do...just turn off all the lights and try and sleep it off, poppin a neurofen and maybe gettin a cold flannel or towel.

Raaasss got the worse migrane ever after playing football once, my head was spinning outta control....worse thing ever....thats why i think replacing water and salts is also a factor in migranes....
